The Swan Hotel Staines-upon-Thames

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with all the facilities we needed for a weekend stop over. The location right on the river provided a superb view. The staff were polite and helpful, from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional.

My room at The Swan was charming and full of character, with a sloping floor and a cozy, comfortable bed. Despite the age of the building, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location, right on the Thames, was picturesque and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel also had a great restaurant on-site, serving delicious food. I had a wonderful stay at The Swan and would definitely visit again.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit hotel. Het is gelegen op een rustige locatie, maar toch dichtbij de drukte van de stad. De kamers waren schoon en ruim, en het bed was enorm comfortabel. We werden begroet door vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat altijd bereid was om te helpen. Het hotel heeft natuurlijk goede faciliteiten, waaronder een mooie tuin. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar lekker, en het hotel bood zelfs een adapter die we konden lenen toen we de onze vergeten waren. Kortom, dit was een uitstekende keuze voor ons.

Fabulous location on the Thames, comfortable and clean room with a wonderful view, convivial atmosphere in the pub, great meals and excellent drinks, warm and attentive staff, exceptional breakfast.

We loved staying here! The location right on the Thames was amazing, and the service was top-notch. From the welcome drink to the housekeeping, everything was just perfect. The room was cozy with excellent heating, and we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The terrace with garden furniture was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the flat-screen tv and carpeted floors. The dining restaurant was great for breakfast with special diet menus available, and all staff members were incredibly helpful, even when we made special requests for our anniversary.
